Welcome To The Coffee Pot Cafe In Osmotherley

Hello and welcome to the Coffee Pot, thank you for visiting our website. We are a long established café, ideally situated in the picturesque North Yorkshire village of Osmotherley, just half a mile from the A19 and close to Northallerton and Stokesley.

Osmotherley is a historic village although it's name has long since changed since it was listed as Asmundrelac in the Doomsday Book of 1055. Many of the early buildings in the village are believed to have been destroyed during the Scottish raids in the 13th & 14th century, however not a place to bear a grudge Scot's are now more than welcome to visit.

If you are looking for somewhere to bring the family for a day out or if you just feel like trying one of our special baguettes, Osmotherley is the best place for a few hours of peaceful getaway. It is also a great starting point for long or short walks and is popular with cyclists and other outdoor enthusiasts. Please see the click the local attractions link for more information.

How To Find Us

If you are coming from the A19 Osmotherley is well sign posted. If coming from the North, exit onto the A684 towards Northallerton. The left tuning to Osmotherley onto Clack Lane appears almost immediatly after you have exited the A19. If you are coming from the South once you have exited the A19 for the A684 you will need to take a left. Within a few hundred yards you will pass under a bridge for the A19 and then the turning on the right for Clack Lane will appear quickly on your right. Once you are on Clack Lane just drive up the hill and you will soon be in the village. For further reference please see the map below.
